With fiddle, lap guitar, bouzouki, trombone, bass and drums, Bahttsi has been crafting their unique style of music—with elements of country, bluegrass, Irish, and roots rock—for 15 years. Bahttsi is a collective of six close friends who are highly accomplished professional musicians, playing for the fun and love of it! By the way, they prefer to be called GOOM BAhttsi, though the GOOM is silent and the A is just confusing! Come share their fun!
And come early to enjoy the opening of a new exhibit of paintings by Randall Tipton and Molly Reeves, ‘The Inner Landscape of Beauty’, based on writings of poet/philosopher John Donohue. These gorgeous paintings are informed and driven by a deep emotional response to landscape and an inner and spiritual resonance with the landscape by each artist. Entrance to the exhibit is free.
